Did you know all of Frida’s dishes are named after famous Mexican painters? This one is named after Cristobal de Villalpando, known for his Baroque religious masterpieces! This entree is a delightful medley of sauteed’ scallops, tender shrimp, mussels, clams, zesty onions, mushrooms and zucchini, delectably topped with a “mojo de ajo” (roasted garlic) sauce. You may not have heard of him but you’ll never forget him now!
